Refund Policy for Missing Packages
If you did not receive your package, we can assist with a refund, but we do require proof before issuing one. You have 24 hours to complete the entire process.
Please file a claim with your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx using your tracking number, then send us the claim confirmation or reference number. If you have video footage from the delivery date showing the package was not delivered, you may provide that as well.
Once your proof is submitted, I will also file a claim on my end to support the investigation. Because some situations can be unclear, I ask for complete honesty and communication so I can fairly issue refunds and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once I ship your order, it is no longer my responsibility or the brand’s responsibility. Delivery issues fall under the shipping carrier, and you are able to pursue the claim directly since you have your tracking number. However, I will still try to assist as much as I can throughout the process.
Please send back the product to me the Business owner if you want a return and refund then we will happy send refund once we get the item
