All of our products are manufacturer-made. Due to the nature of production, white items or items containing white fabric may arrive with light dust or minor marks. This is not a fault of the business.
If you receive an item with issues such as stains, loose rhinestones, plates, or material defects, please contact us through the platform where you purchased (website or TikTok Shop) and provide clear photos as proof.
For minor issues, a discount will be provided for your next order. For severe defects (such as materials or rhinestones coming off), you may qualify for a replacement or reimbursement with proof provided.
All products are checked before shipping; however, due to items being neatly folded and packaged, inspections may not be thoroughly detailed. If any issues are found upon arrival, please contact us with photos through the platform where you purchased, and we will assist accordingly.
